Tea Time

It's always good for the body when you have a cup of tea every day. I drink the tea all the time whenever it's cold or hot. There are many beneficial effects provided by tea drinking. Tea drinking can help you maintain your healthy body metabolism. In recent years, there are many antioxidant foods and products that have been very popular and one of them is a tea product because tea has important antioxidants to guard against free radicals.  Another reason is that I enjoy drinking and making a cup of hot tea and I like to smell it's aroma and it can help me to relax my mind.

Summer is coming so I prefer to make ice tea without any sugar. I used to drink tea without any sugar or honey. If you want to look good in a dress in the summer then you can make your own to reduce the calories. Tea is helpful for maintaining body energy and health. During studying, when I am sleepy then I need to drink the tea to wake me up. I told my friend when I get tired or sleepy then I drink a cup of tea and I will get some energy. Then they said " It's  in your mind.''   However, there is a caffeine in the tea so I don't drink too much a day.

what's for dinner

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork
2 T. sesame oil
0.75 t. salt
0.25 t. white pepper
0.5 lb. cabbage
1 t. salt
0.5 lb. chopped green onions
soy sauce
rice vinegar
chopped fine garlic
chopped fine ginger
small bowl with water for dipping
dumpling wrapper

How to make Chinese dumplings :
1.You need to find a large bowl mix ground pork(I prefer to use pork if you don't like pork then you can use beef, chicken or seafood.), cabbage then add salt , sesame oil, chopped green onions ,soy sauce, chopped fine ginger and white pepper.
2. How to wrap dumplings. First, put the filling into the center of wrap and fold to make a half moon shape then seal the edge. Don't put too much filling into the wrap otherwise it will fail.

How to cook Chinese dumplings:
1.Put the dumplings into the boiling water about 20 to 25 minutes. During the cooking you have to stir  to avoid the dumplings sticking together.
2. Mix soy sauce, chopped fine garlic and rice vinegar ingredients to make the dipping sauce.  If you like spicy foods then you can add some hot sauce.

I remember this year I went to my best friend  house to cerebrate the Lunar New Year. One of my friend ate the one dumpling with money in it which means that this year she will be lucky and have good future. In ancient China, silver and gold ingots look like the Chinese dumplings so that people think the shape of dumping are like wealth. Chinese dumplings are a kind of traditional Chinese cuisine. It is to serve important guests or family members because it takes many processes to make dumplings. The Chinese dumpling is one of my favorite dishes so I hope everyone will enjoy this tradition Chinese food.

My favorite burger spot

This weekend I went to my favorite burger spot "Red Robin" with my boyfriend.  I like this place because it is casual and the food is good and the French fries are refillable!  I ordered my favorite burger the "Royal Red Robin" burger"

I like it because there is an egg inside it and it is big.  But I can't eat it all the time because it has a lot of calories.

Wow a lot of calories!
It had one of the most calories on the menu.

My boyfriend the "Banzi" Burger.  It has pineapple in it and has less calories than my burger.  In fact he couldn't even finish the whole burger but I finished all of mine!

Both of these burgers very tasty and the price was reasonable.  If you want a good burger then Red Robin is good for you.
